Over 10 years of experience have taught us that having a solid base, linked to tradition, is fundamental. Inspired by the "a rot' e carr" pizza of the historic Pizzeria Da Michele, Angioletto Tramontano first created his very own Style and then paid great attention to the dough. Dedicated spaces and ovens suitable for gluten-free products, in order to ensure the manufacturing of a completely uncontaminated product.

Alternative dough, Style and Baby formats, lactose-free and gluten-free pizzas. Angioletto planned out everything.

Our Story

Attracted by “white art” since childhood, in 2007 Angioletto achieved his dream of opening a pizzeria in his hometown, Nocera Inferiore (Salerno).
Over the years he finds himself attend numerous championships and events, during which he grew close with important colleagues, becomes a signatory of the Pizzaiuoli Code, takes part in several Guinness World Records and becomes a permanent presence at the Pizza Village on the Caracciolo seafront in Naples .

In 2017, after 10 years of activity in the historic site in Via G. Falcone, Angioletto embarks on a new career path, aimed to consolidating the ‘O Sarracin brand.
