Soon the headquarters of Nocera Inferiore, previously oriented only towards take-away, soon became small, therefore that further expansion was necessary to satisfy the request of the several customers impatient to enjoy pizza at the table. 


Angioletto continues partecipating in championships and events, especially as an organizer and judge, as at the World Pizzaiuolo Championship, organized by the Neapolitan Pizzaiuoli Association on the Lungomare Caracciolo, at the Napoli Pizza Village.


Owner of two Guinness World Records linked to the pizza world, in 2015 Angioletto launched the "Margherita Style" and "Marinara Style" brands, whose purpose is to pass on the ancient artenapoletana of the "wagon wheel" pizza, inspired by the mastery of the Antica Pizzeria da Michele in Naples.

Angioletto tramontano

After graduation, Angioletto Tramontano began his career in the restaurant world as a waiter in Nocera Inferiore, at the Antico Borgo Restaurant of chef and pizzaiuolo Gerardo Giordano. Drawn by white art, Angioletto soon moved to the other side of the pizzeria where, thanks to the teachings of Maestro Giordano, became one of the most requested pizzaiuoli of the Agro Nocerino-Sarnese.

Takes part in numerous events, knowing important colleagues, who later became friends, including the Masters Don Antonio Starita, Marco Di Pasquale, Simone Fortunato, Franco Voria. After a few years spent around various club in Salerno and Naples, in 2007 he decided to move towards a business career, opening his first pizzeria "O Sarracin, through which he brought the typical Neapolitan pizza to Nocera Inferiore for the first time. he’s a genuine success! From all over the Agro and not only many customers recognize the excellence of Sarracin's takeaway pizza so Angioletto decides to open a second branch in the Municipality of Castel San Giorgio, becoming a reference point for Neapolitan pizza in the area.
