Over the years he finds himself attend numerous championships and events, during which he grew close with important colleagues, becomes a signatory of the Pizzaiuoli Code, takes part in several Guinness World Records and becomes a permanent presence at the Pizza Village on the Caracciolo seafront in Naples .
In 2017, after 10 years of activity in the historic site in Via G. Falcone, Angioletto embarks on a new career path, aimed to consolidating the ‘O Sarracin brand.
The concept "O Sarracin is conceived in Nocera Inferiore, 40 km south to the pizza national capital.
